Structural repair specialists across the South Coast

Over 30 years diagnosing and fixing cracking, movement, and deterioration in walls, ceilings, floors, and concrete. We find the real cause first, then recommend only the repair that's actually needed.

What we do

We diagnose structural issues across walls, ceilings, floors, and concrete, then carry out the repair that actually solves the problem — not just the one that's easiest to sell.

Common problems we fix

Structural issues often start subtly and worsen if left unaddressed. If you're seeing any of the following, it's worth getting it looked at properly:

  • Cracks in internal or external walls, ceilings, or floors
  • Step cracking in brickwork
  • Horizontal cracking caused by wall tie failure
  • Bulging or bowing walls
  • Cracking or bowing above windows and doors (lintel failure)
  • Spalling or cracking concrete, with rust staining

Common questions

Can I repair a lintel instead of replacing it?

Often, yes. If the lintel itself is still sound, an in-situ repair using a structural repair mortar can be more cost-effective than a full replacement. If it's failed structurally, replacement is usually the safer route. We'll tell you honestly which applies to yours.

How much does crack stitching cost?

Pricing is generally calculated per bar, typically £60–£120 depending on access, crack severity, and property type. A site visit gives you an accurate, fixed-price quote — our surveys are free either way.

Do you handle wall tie replacement?

Not directly — that's the specialism of our sister company, 1st Master Wall Ties, who are Helifix Approved and members of the Wall Tie Installers Federation. If your issue turns out to be wall tie failure, we'll point you straight to them.
